Registered Psychotherapist | Counselor | Mental Health Practitioner
With nearly 30 years of counseling experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My journey began in leadership roles within the engineering sector before I found my true calling in pastoral care and psychotherapy. This path has taken me across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, providing support in areas such as grief, separation, addiction recovery, and relationship dynamics, including pre-marital counseling.
Throughout my career, I’ve served as a teaching instructor, pastor, and counselor, working with adults, youth, and families—often in high-conflict situations. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and Brainspotting.
I hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Doctor of Ministry. As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I provide both in-person and virtual sessions from my practice in Ottawa. Fully licensed and insured, I am committed to offering a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and find clarity in their personal and relational lives.
Let’s work together to move forward with confidence and purpose.
